- 1 cup of Nutella
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella, flour, and egg. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about the size of a walnut) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon or your hand.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour, a tablespoon at a time.
- These cookies don’t spread much, so you can place them fairly close together on the baking sheet.
