- 1/4 cup of milk (optional, for dipping wafers)
- Crushed vanilla wafers (for garnish)
- Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pudding: If using instant pudding, follow the package instructions. Let it chill in the fridge.
- Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Layering Time:
- Base Layer: Start with a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom of your dish.
- Bananas: Add a layer of sliced bananas over the wafers.
- Pudding: Spread a layer of vanilla pudding over the bananas.
- Repeat: Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
- Garnish: Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers and a dash of cinnamon on top. Add mint leaves if desired.
- Chill: Let the lasagna chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
