  • Author: Marie Lavigne
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 10-12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 ripe bananas (sliced)
  • 2 cups of vanilla pudding (prepared)
  • 1 box of vanilla wafers
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of milk (optional, for dipping wafers)
  • Crushed vanilla wafers (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pudding: If using instant pudding, follow the package instructions. Let it chill in the fridge.
  • Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Layering Time:
  • Base Layer: Start with a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom of your dish.
  • Bananas: Add a layer of sliced bananas over the wafers.
  • Pudding: Spread a layer of vanilla pudding over the bananas.
  • Repeat: Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
  • Garnish: Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers and a dash of cinnamon on top. Add mint leaves if desired.
  • Chill: Let the lasagna chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure your bananas are ripe for the best flavor.
  • You can dip vanilla wafers in milk for a softer texture.
