- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 lb pretzel dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Coarse sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Roll out the pretzel dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into 3-inch squares. Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough toward the center and pinch the seams tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball.
- Place the pretzel bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bite with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pretzel bites are golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
