Big Mac Smash Tacos

  • Ground beef: 1 lb
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Pepper: 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • Onion powder: 1 tsp
  • Shredded lettuce: 2 cups
  • Diced onions: 1 cup
  • Pickle slices: 1 cup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese: 1 cup
  • Taco shells: 8
    • Special sauce:
    • Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
    • Ketchup: 2 tbsp
    • Sweet pickle relish: 2 tbsp
    • Vinegar: 1 tsp
    • Sugar: 1 tsp
    • Onion powder: 1/2 tsp


  • Prepare the Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat.
  • Make the Special Sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, sugar, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Assemble the Tacos: Heat taco shells according to package instructions. Spread a generous amount of special sauce inside each shell.
  • Add the Beef: Spoon the seasoned ground beef into each taco shell.
  • Top It Off: Add shredded lettuce, diced onions, pickle slices, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
