Chicken Meatballs: A Culinary Journey

Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground chicken
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 large egg
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 cup marinara sauce
    • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

 


Instructions

  1. n a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
  4. Pour marinara sauce into the skillet, covering the meatballs. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes: For a gluten-free version, substitute breadcrumbs with almond flour. Add a pinch of chili flakes for an extra kick.
