- 1 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
- For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- For the Topping:
- 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
- Mini chocolate chips, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
- Cream Cheese Layer: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over the crust. Place back in the fridge to chill while preparing the next layer.
- Chocolate Pudding Layer: In another large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Allow to settle and thicken for a few minutes if necessary.
- Final Layer: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Garnish with chocolate shavings and mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
