Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
  • Spread Alfredo sauce evenly.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella and bacon.
  • Fold dough in half lengthwise and cut into strips.
  • Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet.
  • Brush twists with garlic butter.
  • Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
