  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough: Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×16 inches). Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and half of the Parmesan over the marinara sauce.
  • Roll and Slice: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls. Arrange rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Garlic Butter Topping: Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan. Brush this mixture over the rolls.
  • Bake: Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

  • Store-bought pizza dough is a great time-saver, but homemade dough can make these rolls even more delicious!
