Ingredients
Scale
- 4 lobster tails (about 8 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat (approximately 375°F to 400°F).
- Prepare the lobster tails: With kitchen shears, cut through the top shell down to the tail, avoiding cutting the tail fin. Gently pry open the shell and lift the meat slightly to rest on top.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
- Place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill. Cover and grill for about 5-7 minutes, until the shells are bright red and the meat is opaque.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
-
- For an extra touch of elegance, serve with a side of grilled asparagus or a light salad.
- Lobster tails can vary in size, so adjust cooking times accordingly. Larger tails may require additional grilling time.
