- 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Cinnamon sugar, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Press one can of cinnamon roll dough into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked cinnamon roll crust.
- Top with the remaining cinnamon roll dough, breaking it into small pieces and spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top layer is golden. Let it cool completely.
- Drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll cans and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before cutting into bars.
