Perfect for any occasion, from family gatherings to potlucks, they are as easy to make as they are delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Cinnamon sugar, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Press one can of cinnamon roll dough into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked cinnamon roll crust.
  • Top with the remaining cinnamon roll dough, breaking it into small pieces and spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top layer is golden. Let it cool completely.
  • Drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll cans and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Be sure to soften the cream cheese before mixing to ensure a smooth filling.
  • If you don’t have parchment paper, greasing the pan well will suffice, but parchment makes removal easier.
  • Let the bars cool completely before slicing to avoid messy bars.
