Ingredients

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Sea salt flakes, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Shape the Eggs: Scoop out the dough and form egg shapes. Place on a lined baking sheet and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Chocolate Coating: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Dip each egg into chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
  4. Garnish: Sprinkle with sea salt flakes if desired. Chill until set.

Notes:

  • For vegan versions, use plant-based butter and chocolate.
  • Crunchy peanut butter can be substituted for a textured variation.
